Proposed 25 cluster houses on stand 3049 Bluff Hill township (Westgate)
The site is located in Bluff Hill Township popularly known as Westgate. The site is close to Westgate Shopping Mall (1.3 km) and the New American Embassy (1 km) The land area is 22 658 square metres. The Stand will be subdivided into 25 serviced stands for construction of 25 single storey cluster houses (3 bedroomed)
Each cluster house is on 500 square metres of land. The cluster houses have areas of approximately 120 square metres each. The complex will be fully serviced with tarred roads, municipal water supply, and one prolific borehole. The cluster houses will be constructed of rendered brick walls, under hipped timber roofs with interlocking tiles over. The accommodation is comprised of a veranda, combined lounge and dining room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, second bathroom, passageway and a single carport. The project will be implemented in phases.
