Progress has over 10 years experience in the real estate sector. She started her career at the internationally recognised CB Richard Ellis Property Consultancy in 2008 where she attained invaluable induction into the international and local real estate market, she exited as a Property Portfolio Manager in 2010. She then moved to a globally known insurance company Old Mutual Group and joined Old Mutual Property the property arm of the group. She was recruited as an Assistant Property Manager and she rose through the ranks to Portfolio Manager and before joining Mashonaland Holdings she was the Head of Fund Management still within Old Mutual Property, she gained vast experience in investment properties management and sound leadership. She holds a BSc degree in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe, she has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with the National University of Science and Technology and a diploma in real estate management with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. She is a registered Estate Agent and an active member of the Estate Agent’s Council . Progress joined Mashonaland Holdings Limited on the 1st of February 2019 as the Property Management head. She brings a wealth of professional and industry experience from her previous engagements .
